International Union of Architects e-Newsletter - November Issue

The November 2012 edition of the International Union of Architect's (UIA) e-Newsletter is out!

This issue highlights the professional practice and the UIA's future whereby the major points discussed included:

• How to integrate the UIA recommended international Guidelines for Policy on Architectural Practice in a Host Nation in national codes of ethics in the UIA member countries;
• Creating indexing and exchange platforms on new professional opportunities related to responsible and ecological architecture to help young architects integrate this sector and access new markets;
• Continuing the UIA Responsible Architecture Strategy. 

The issue also highlights the honorary membership of UIA on the order of Architects of Portugal, winners of the 2012 International Velux Award and the activities of different member sections.
