Sustainable Urban Development Association (Uganda)

Established in 2012, the Sustainable Urban Development Association (SUDA) is a Uganda-based non-profit association dedicated to fostering active, informed and inclusive participation in urban development. Members include professionals in urban planning, design, architecture, law, and environment from the public and private sectors.

In addition to engaging communities, governments and academia in dialogue about the challenges of urbanisation, SUDA conducts research and implements projects to bring tangible solutions toward healthier, more environmentally sound, and economically vibrant towns and cities throughout East Africa.
