2013 AG International Trainee Programme

Those who take part in the AG Trainee programme start theirs career already on the top. The programme offers new experiences and learning within one of the largest private groups in Latin America, with global operations.

These trainees will live challenges, get to know our functional areas and become a reference to the businesses of the organisation.

They will be part of a continuous training process focused on integration and self-development.

Living abroad. Experiences in the markets where Andrade Gutierrez (AG) operates;
On job training, job rotation in management and operation in our business areas, such as: Holding AG S/A, Investments, Construction and Engineering, Concessions, Logistics;
Coaching;
Multidisciplinary training. Business, People, Socio-environmental and Technical Management.
