International Architectural Ideas Competition: Daegu Gosan Public Library

The Confederation for Architectural Culture (DACC) and the metropolitan authorities of the city of Daegu are launching an international ideas competition open to architects and students from around the world for the design of a public library. Of an overall floor area of 3 100 m2, this cultural centre will have an educational focus but will also offer social and recreational activities.

The competition is organised with the support of the International Union of Architects UIA.

The deadline for registration is 30 July 2012; Projects must be submitted no later than 10 September 2012.
