The Humanitarian Innovation Fund’s (HIF) is a opportunity for organizations to support humanitarian assistance which involves providing services to the needy community facing or those remaining at the risk of a humanitarian crisis such as natural disaster.
The fund was set up as a partnership between ELRHA (Enhancing Learning and Research for Humanitarian Assistance) and ALNAP (The Active Learning Network for Accountability and Performance in Humanitarian Action); and is hosted by Save the Children UK.
